Membership Application

Before completing the Membership Application form, please ensure you have the following documents:

• A completed Full Membership Application Form or Associate Membership Application Form
• A Nominator Form completed and signed by an existing Mental Health Australia 'Full' member. You can find a list a list of our existing members at our Members Directory.
• Your organisation's Certificate of Incorporation (or similar)
• Your Organisation's Constitution (or similar)
• Latest Annual Report (including financial statements)
• High-resolution logo for your organisation

Please note: New members must be nominated by an existing Mental Health Australia ‘Full’ member. It is mandatory to submit a completed Nominator Form with any membership application. 

We do not offer membership to Individuals as we are the national peak body representing and advocating on behalf of organisations. We encourage individuals to support World Mental Health Day events, for information on becoming a partner for World Mental Health Day, please email membership@mentalhealthaustralia.org.au

The Board of Mental Health Australia aims to structure annual membership fees to support the ongoing activities of Mental Health Australia and ensure a variety of organisations are able to access the benefits of either Full or Associate Membership of Mental Health Australia.

The set membership fee prices are to ensure members continue to access the benefits, value and events to advocate for mental health reform.
